We do have a return policy that is valid 14 days after the arrival of your purchased item.
We take returns within Europé. We do provide gift cards for the same amount as your purchase, for you to pick something else that may suit you better.
You have 365 days until the gift card is expired.
The tag that's on the product MUST still be on, otherwise it will be denied.
You MUST contact us before returning an item with your order number.
The shipping fees for the return is paid by the buyer, and please be sure to provide it with a valid tracking number.
After we receive the return we will contact you so we can fix a gift card in your name.
Scandi reserves the right to deny returns that do not comply with our return policy.
All orders will be dispatched from us Mondays and Thursdays. Once an order is sent, the customer will receive an e-mail notifying them with the tracking information.
At Scandi our main focus is vintage products, which means they tend to be in used and or in vintage condition. We do however have a love for current trends within the realm of streetwear and will be providing some unworn items as well, in that case that will be mentioned in the listing.
